Lizzie Kingston

Lizzie Kingston

Founder – BSc MSc LSSM(Dip) MSMA MIRSM

I developed a keen interest in sport from a young age and have participated in a variety of sports, including running, netball, volleyball and general fitness. I have competed in many leagues, trained with a national league level volleyball club and took part in the county U14 cross-country championships. It is through my experiences that I have been able to see and feel the demands and training requirements necessary to meet personal and sporting excellence.

I studied Sports Science at Winchester University between 2011-2014 gaining an in-depth knowledge in Psychology, Physiology and Biomechanics. Throughout my undergraduate degree, I discovered a passion for Biomechanics and Soft Tissue Therapy, realising the potential a combination of the two could have on improved function and performance ability. I went on to study at Chichester University, completing a postgraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Biomechanics. Through my time at Chichester University, I further discovered the role of Biomechanics not only in sport, but in everyday activity and the effect postural dysfunction has on daily performance and general comfort.

I have worked as part of the therapy support team for UCI women’s team Storey Racing at the Women’s Tour as well as for UCI women’s team Trek Drops at the Giro Rosa and La Course by the Tour de France.

I have a huge passion for helping others and by using a combined approach of soft tissue & remedial therapy along with biomechanical applications; I can successfully help individuals who are experiencing pain or dysfunction. Most importantly, my aim is to ensure my clients feel the best they ever have.
