Chartered Physiotherapist BSc HCPC MCSP MAACP

I qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2011 with a BSc (Honours) degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. I am a fully practicing member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and Health Care Professionals Council.

Over the past 10 years, I have accumulated a diverse knowledge base and clinical experience working through public hospitals, non-profit organisations, and private practices developing an extensive expertise in treating a variety of orthopaedic pain and musculoskeletal injuries.

I utilise an holistic and tailored approach to physiotherapy; combining manual therapy, acupuncture and advanced modalities to alleviate pain, enhance the recovery process and ensure treatments are suitable and tailored to each patients’ unique needs. Moreover, my dedication to patient care extends beyond just treatment – I am passionate about empowering individuals with knowledge about pain management and recovery strategies to ensure patients are better equipped to take charge of their health and well-being.

My personal knowledge base development and passion for education has allowed me various opportunities to share my insights and expertise through various platforms; including the contribution to newspapers and magazine articles discussing the latest advancements in physiotherapy and providing practical advice for managing pain and improving mobility.

My focus and goal that’s been in every setting I’ve worked is to provide the highest standard of care to help patients’ achieve optimal health and function. I pride myself on delivering effective, compassionate and personalised care; whether you’re an individual dealing with chronic pain or an athlete recovering from injury, so you can be sure the treatment provided is directed for you and your needs at all times.
